Devendra Brahmachari took sanyas and Brahmchari vrat in 1999, dedicating his life to promoting Jainism and the principles of Lord Mahaveer, particularly the idea of “Live and Let Live.” He is actively involved in social and religious activities, working towards world peace and brotherhood.

Devendra Brahmachari is currently organizing World Peace symposiums in various parts of the country, bringing together central ministers, state governors, and chief ministers to discuss ways to promote peace and harmony in society.

He is the founder of Jan Arogyam Foundation Mumbai, a social organization dedicated to human welfare and serving people all over India regardless of social, economic, or religious backgrounds. The foundation has various socio-economic development projects aimed at improving the lives of individuals in need.

In recognition of his efforts, Devendra Brahmachari was honored with the Bharat Gaurav Award at the British Parliament in 2019. His dedication to promoting peace, brotherhood, and the teachings of Jainism has made a significant impact on society, inspiring others to work towards a more harmonious world.
